Last Roda 2018 Helping The Christian Kitchen

We're getting together for the last time in 2018 for 2 hours of Rodas, so we can all play and have fun.

We're getting together for the last time in 2018 for 2 hours of Rodas, so we can all play and have fun.

For this event we will be helping The Christian Kitchen - 'a charity provision that feeds homeless and marginalised people in Waltham Forest'.

We are asking anyone taking part of this gathering to bring anything that can be used to make soup, or anything from the suggested list below:

- potatoes, beets, carrots, parsnips, turnips, cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli, mushrooms, celery etc.

If you're not able to come along on the day, but still would like to participate with your vegetable donation, you could bring it to any of the classes on the week prior the event.

To get to know more about The Christian Kitchen and how you could get involved, here's the website:

- to take part of it, you just have to contribute towards the suggested list, or if you want you can follow the instructions on their website and make a donation.

- you can come along with your uniform, or a comfortable clothing, after all, we will be playing some capoeira.

If you have any questions, don't be shy, just let me know.

I hope to see you all,
